Services are provided by partner facilities. BeOn solely provides access to the platform and manages membership administration.

The membership fee is paid in advance and is activated upon payment confirmation.

Membership is valid for 30 (thirty) calendar days and is personal; transfer to another person is not permitted.

Services may be used by prior reservation, subject to the availability of partner facilities.

BeOn is not responsible for the quality of services provided by partner facilities or for any circumstances related to the user’s health condition.

BeOn is not responsible for the availability of services at specific times and dates offered by partner facilities, including the unavailability of slots, sessions, reservations, or other resources. The management of such circumstances and full responsibility thereof lies with the respective partner facility.

Subscription fees will be charged automatically on the corresponding payment date. If the user wishes to terminate membership, notification must be sent to BeOn via email at least 10 (ten) calendar days in advance; otherwise, the fee for the following period will be charged automatically.

BeOn will send a reminder SMS 2 days prior to the automatic charge date. If there are insufficient funds in the account on the payment date, membership status will be automatically suspended. Once the account is funded and payment is successfully processed, membership status will be automatically restored, and a new 30-calendar-day period will begin from that date.
